Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window 

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@olivernook.com. You will receive a return shipping address and further instructions upon acceptance of your return. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect

Items Inspect your order upon arrival. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns of sale items and gift cards are also not accepted. Contact us for queries regarding your specific item.

 

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the original item and make a new purchase for the replacement.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days. Should more than 20 business days pass since the approval of your return without receiving the refund, please get in touch with us at info@olivernook.com.
